Jewellery Manager
We’re expanding an onboard jewellery retail operation and welcoming a Store Manager who leads from the front, closes with confidence, and genuinely enjoys seeing their team succeed. This role is built for an experienced jewellery expert who loves the balance of strong personal sales, team leadership, and operational excellence. Jewellery Host
We’re expanding an onboard jewellery retail experience and welcoming a Signature Host to be the face, voice, and energy of the store. This role is designed for someone who loves being front-facing, creating momentum, and turning great experiences into real commercial results. You set the tone. You drive the traffic. You make the store feel alive. Brand Ambassadors
We are recruiting Luxury Brand Ambassadors to deliver high-impact retail activations and sales experiences onboard cruise ships. This is a commercial, guest-facing role combining live brand representation with direct selling. You are responsible for opening, converting, and closing sales in a luxury retail environment at sea. As a Brand Ambassador you will: - Host curated luxury retail activations, and guest experiences - Act as the onboard ambassador for premium and luxury brands - Confidently open, drive, and close sales - Engage guests through storytelling, product knowledge, and presence - Drive traffic, excitement, and conversion within onboard retail spaces - Work alongside onboard retail teams to support commercial targets - Deliver polished, premium experiences that feel authentic and guest-first Who We’re Looking For: - Demonstrated sales experience, ideally within luxury retail or high-value products - Previous cruise ship experience - Confidence speaking to guests one-to-one and in group environments - Strong closing ability - Experience hosting events/activations - Ability to work independently while owning performance and results Contract - Freelance, onboard cruise ships - Short-term and multi-month contracts available Opportunities to work across multiple luxury brands and itineraries Competitive contract rates based on experience
